Contract 22102021 of 22 October 2021 covered manufacture, foundations and assembly of a MODODOMUS S172 house. The customer paid 90 000 EUR (2 660 000 UAH) in advance. Delivery was due on 20 May 2022. The court found non-performance; the first-stage delay began on 21 January 2022, before the full-scale invasion. The advance remained unpaid at the time of the hearing. The defendant’s force-majeure and late-payment arguments did not relieve him of liability.

Status and subsequent orders
The official register records 18 August 2025 as the date the main judgment entered into force. An order of 30 September 2025 corrected debtor details and clerical errors without changing the amounts; it also confirms that a writ of execution was issued on 18 September 2025. Issuing a writ does not itself establish recovery of the money.

A supplementary judgment of 24 October 2025 awarded UAH 43,980 in legal costs and refused reimbursement of a UAH 207,732.60 success fee. Kyiv Court of Appeal upheld that supplementary judgment on 24 February 2026. On 20 April 2026, the Supreme Court refused to open cassation proceedings on that costs dispute. These acts did not review the main UAH 4,154,652 award.
