How to read the dossier

Official record
Government registers and official publications establish only what they expressly record, as of a particular date.
Copy of a ruling
Text on a third-party legal service. We identify access limitations, court level and the outcome of review.
Party’s statement
A customer’s review, claim or account. Attribution is given; statements are not converted into court findings.
Company materials
Its own details and advertising promises reflect the company’s position, not an independent assessment of performance.

What we do not claim

A civil dispute or insolvency proceedings do not establish criminal fraud. Not finding a document does not prove that an event never happened. Multiple publications of one story are not separate cases.

Corrections and right of reply

To request a correction, identify the page, disputed statement, accurate wording and supporting source. A company reply should appear alongside the relevant material with its date and author.

A public contact for submissions has not yet been provided. The project has not sent requests to the companies.

Project transparency

Details of the responsible editor have not yet been published.

Personal data

No document upload forms, advertising trackers or analytics cookies are used. Public materials must not include private addresses, identity documents, bank details or signatures. External websites apply their own rules.
